The claim window closed over three months ago, and the platform was fully operational throughout that period. There were no system-wide issues that would have prevented users from completing their claims.
The claim process, timeline, and requirements were clearly communicated in advance, and the window has now long since passed. We are not able to reopen or process claims retroactively on an individual basis.
