Good day, I’d like to know why I was never able to claim my 50% Presale investment. The option to claim my 50% was there, but it said it wasn’t active. What do I need to do to receive my 50% investment back? It was there, but I couldn’t claim it, and now it says the 50% bonus claim period has ended.
Important Notice Regarding LCAI Bonus Claims
We would like to remind all participants that the LCAI token bonus claim period was limited to a strict 30-day window from the initial eligibility date and this period has already concluded.
Unfortunately, any individuals who did not submit their claim within the designated 30-day timeframe are no longer eligible to receive the LCAI bonus. No exceptions or extensions can be granted.
For clarity:
- Participants who selected the 50% immediate claim option and successfully claimed within the allowed period have received their entitled portion of LCAI tokens.
- Participants who opted for the vesting schedule and initiated their claim within the 30-day window remain eligible to continue claiming their vested LCAI token amounts until the full bonus allocation has been received, in accordance with the original terms.
- However, no new LCAI bonus claims can be initiated after the expiration of the 30-day claim window.
This policy is in place to ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance with the established program terms, and reflects the outcome of the DAO governance decision as recorded in the official Snapshot ( Snapshot ) proposal.

It seems this announcement was not clearly or fairly made to all members, and the team under temporary authority should reopen the 50% claim option in the interests of fairness.

It was announced on all major social media platforms along with the lightchain.ai website, the topic was voted on by the entire community we made every effort to make it more than aware to all members, to keep the issue fair. We let the entire community decide the deadline to claim it was not our decision but the entire communities decision.
