I just want to suggest the follow:

The immediate priorities

  1. Announce the 100K winners—today
    It’s the simplest and most impactful thing to regain trust. A promise not kept for 3 weeks harms credibility more than any other factor.
  2. Update the website
    Replace “mainnet on May 7th” with what actually happened. A site frozen in the past sends a negative signal.
  3. Publish transparent weekly metrics
    Number of wallets, transactions, workers active—publicly every week. Transparency builds trust.
  4. Hire a public external developer
    Identify and announce the first third-party project that builds on Lightchain—with a name, a visible team, a concrete product.
  5. Activate real validators
    Recruit external node operators with clear and verifiable incentives. A network with only one validating entity is not decentralized.
