I am experiencing severe issues with my LCAI withdrawal on BitMart. Despite my security restrictions being lifted and withdrawal requests being successfully submitted, my transactions are completely stuck in “Processing” with a “No Record” status on the blockchain.
We joined and trusted this platform because of the project’s guidance and partnerships, and now we are left hanging in this chaotic wind-down process with our assets trapped in the queue.
Is there any official team intervention, support channel, or direct communication line with BitMart to help clear this bottleneck for the community? We need real assistance here, not just indefinite waiting.
